We will be upgrading our support system tools over the weekend starting 14th Sept, Sunday 6:00 PM IST to 15th Sept, Monday 4:00 AM IST (5:50 AM – 3:30 PM PDT) including those used for Email, Chat, and Voice support.
During this period, you may experience temporary delays in our support response times. Please be assured that your requests remain important to us, and our support team will get back to you promptly once the upgrade is complete.
Please note that this will not have any impact on ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, which will continue to function as usual without any disruptions. This activity is solely related to the tools used by our support team to assist customers
