Dear Customers,

As a part of our annual infrastructure maintenance at our Europe Data Center, we will be switching our apps from the Primary to Secondary data center on 26th November, 2017 and back to the Primary data center on 3rd December, 2017. We will switch apps between data centers during non-business hours. While we carry out this switching, ServiceDesk Plus OnDemand will continue to be operational.

We do not expect any major interruption and you should be able to continue using ServiceDesk Plus OnDemand during this maintenance. We will post an update to this post once the data center maintenance is complete.
