Planned maintenance in EU and AU datacenters on 27th Nov 2022

Dear Customers,

We have planned to conduct our yearly Disaster Recovery (DR) drill for ManageEngine EU(Europe) & AU(Australia) services on 27 Nov 2022 to ensure our DR Readiness in EU & AU deployments. The switch between our DR and DC in the EU and AU datacenter will happen as per the timing mentioned below. This activity will cause a short interruption in our Analytics Plus Cloud services for users in the respective regions.

Average downtime will be around 2 -3 minutes for a service provided no issues arise during the switch. For any clarification, please feel free to drop us an email at analyticsplus-support@manageengine.com and we’ll be quick to help you.
