Planned DR Drill for IN(India) Services on 15 May 2022 and 22 May 2022 between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM IST

Dear Customers,

We have planned to conduct DR Drill for IN(India) Services on 15 May 2022, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM IST, and on 22 May, 2022, between 07.00 AM and 10:00 AM IST. This will help us support our expanding server far more efficiently.

We will carry out power maintenance in IN (Secondary) deployment once we switch applications to IN (Primary).

Services will be running in DR DC for one week. Average downtime will be around 2 -3 minutes for a service provided no issues during the switch.

We do not expect any disturbances to the services during this period. If you experience any disruption, please feel free to drop us an email at support-cloud@servicedeskplus.com ,and we’ll be quick to help you.
