Planned DR Drill for CN(China) and JP(Japan) Services on 29 Oct 2022 and 5th Nov 2022

Dear Customers,

We have planned to conduct our yearly DR Drill for ZOHO CN(China) & JP(Japan) Services on 29 Oct 2022 and 5th Nov 2022 to ensure our DR Readiness in CN & JP Deployment. CN switch will happen in the morning and JP switch in the evening. This will help us support our expanding server far more efficiently.

Below is the schedule for switch operation

Services will be running in DR DC for one week.

We do not expect any disturbances to the services during this period. If you experience any disruption, please feel free to drop us an email at support-cloud@servicedeskplus.com ,and we’ll be quick to help you.

Customer accessing Manageengine - ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud) using https://servicedeskplus.cn/ will be in CN DC and https://servicedeskplus.jp/ will be in JP DC
