PKCE support and enhanced enrollment flow

Here are our latest improvements in Identity360.
Enhancement:
- PKCE Support for OAuth/OpenID Connect SSO: Identity360 now supports PKCE (Proof Key for Code Exchange) in OAuth/OIDC authorization flows, enhancing security for both server-based and client-only applications.
Issue fix:
- A minor fix was made to SMS and email verification to improve the user enrollment flow.
