Ping Response Times
Hello, we have Cisco switches we are monitoring.
The first ping is always 10 to 20ms for each polling time, but consecutive pings are less than 1ms. Is there a way for manage engine to take an average or look at the 2nd or 3rd pings for response time? Is there a way to send more than one ping even?
I am guessing there is a delay for ARP or the switch to create a flow for traffic to the CPU.
