physical memory reporting error
I just upgraded to Service Desk + 6 from 5.5.0 build 5501. I did a new domain scan which worked fine, however, I've noticed that the physical memory isn't reporting the correct amount of RAM for any of the computers. As an example, my PC has 2 GB of RAM and it is reporting it as 1MB of Total memory (and all memory readings for that matter). How can this be corrected?
