Question, if someone ever deployed Phriendly Phishing before, could you please give me a hand to achieve this?

I am trying to deploy an Add-on for Outlook. The add-on is from an app called Phriendly Phishing, a software to report Phishing emails. I have the installation file ( MSI and EXE too). I've tried with both of them and I wasn't able to deploy it.

For some reason, I make a new package, I name it, and I upload the installer from my laptop and I save the package, then I select the new package and I click on install, selecting the hardware.

I target my own laptop (where I don't have this software at all) and the deployment stays in yellow all the time, even after 24 hours of testing. It stays in yet to apply.

Has anyone by any chance deployed this software successfully? 

Any tricks perhaps?
