Phone calls adding at conversation

The question is:  

In the conversation time I want to add work log.

I mean; if someone calls me and I open an incident, Then I communicating with the requester by mail and then again I’m taking a phone call. Then again finalizing the incident with the mail. But in this order I used

·          Phone

·          Mail

·          Phone ( work log )

·          Mail

And the incident is closed. But due to this order in the conversation panel I can only see the mail, I can’t see the Work logs as an part of operation. How I can use this option ( Work Log ) like that?   I need to see it on conversation and It has to be sending an email to the requester at the same time. Is it possible to do that action on the program and if yes how?
