I'm currently using zapier.com and twilio.com to call me and read me the email notification. Which works well but zapier has a 15 minute delay (5 min for paid version at $50 a month).

i'm looking for a better solution. Would like a phone call right away not wait 5 to 15 min to be notified.

p.s. I'm currently looking at making my own program that connects to the twilio rest API. But that will take a while to develop and implement. Didn;t want re-invent the wheel if someone already has something similar.
