PGSQL does not start after applying HAPack on secondary server

PGSQL does not start after applying HAPack on secondary server

I am using two centos 6.4 32 bit machines with PMP and am trying to set up HA using PGSQL.

I followed procedure according  http://www.manageengine.com/products/passwordmanagerpro/help/high-availability-pgsql.html

When the HAPack files are copied the secondary PMP cannot be started an gives the following error:

"Trying to start PostgresSQL server failed"

Could you please advise ?
