[SOLVED] PFX Certificate

[SOLVED] PFX Certificate

I'm having problems getting my Service Desk plus instance setup with SSL. I'm trying to install a pfx certificate and run through the instructions. However when service desk plus is then restarted, it never starts up(screen shot attatched)

The ServerOut log just has a cycle of:

I'm using a LetsEncrypt public certificate and an internal certificate generated by our Windows CA and the same thing happens with both, service desk plus just doesn't start.

Am I missing something?

Thanks,

Chris
