Personal passwords for enterprise systems

We are a reseller and have just purchased PMP to use to manage the passwords of our customers' systems that we manage.

We have a mixture of accounts that we create for them (service accounts) and accounts that we use to log into their systems with (for remote support,etc).

Since PMP is not really designed to work in this scenario we are having some issues in making it work best for our requirement. Currenlty, we have recources for our supported companies in a long list, which are sorted by group to show only the relevant ones.

The issue we have is that for any resource we have both a common account (where all our staff can know the password) and a personal account (where no other staff should be able to know the password, ever).

Is there any way that our users can store their personal passwords under the global resources or do they need to create a resource under the personal tab?

If it is only possible under the personal tab, is there any possibility that:

1 You may consider making an option that allows a user to create personal passwords under global resources

2 it could be possible to allow a new category to be created by default for all personal tab users?
