I'm testing the ManageEngine solution for mobile fleet management.

The enrollment of corporate phones is going well.

When I try to enroll a personal phone with a work profile, the enrollment is successful, but ManageEngine displays a message: "User authentication required!"
What authentication is this? I couldn't find anything in the interface or the documentation.

I'm using an Android phone.
