Can I  leverage " Tool  Support"  for  Single User Perpetual Application Manager   that was actually purchased along with  an another Application Manager License renewal  

In other words Can I Have a  "Single Tool Support License renewal " for multiple Application Manager (250 monitors ) instances running  in my Organisation
