Hi,

I have now set up a test user to show our company how this works.

I have gone through the enrolment for hte user and registered fine.

Whne I try to use teh reset password option I answer the security questions and enter the captur image but when I click reset password it says access denied.

The application is running under a service account so does this acconut need to be a domain admin?
