Permissions issue...can't send e-mail

Permissions issue...can't send e-mail

I set up a new role for our Techs, called it SDTech...only gave them full control on Requests.

They can do everything they need to with the requests/tickets except send email...they get send mail failed error.

However, if I give them the SDAdmin role(default role) it works fine.

Which permission needs to be enabled to send mail? Is this a bug?
