Permanently disable ads on the login page.

Is there any way on the server side to stop the scrolling adverts on the log in page. When accessing Opmanager over a low bandwidth connection using RDP or Citrix it really slows down the log in process, and since the ads don't contribute anything to the functionality of the application I would like to disable them globally.
