Performance issues with different functionalities

We are experiencing performance issues with different parts of the application.
  1. Users are unable to submit some Service Request Templates, while other templates function normally.
  2. The Service Requests that are not submitting are also not able to be opened for editing.
  3. When opening another template for editing, the system brings up a partial edit screen or a copy of the last opened template.
  4. Users cannot reassign an issue to another group or technician from the request view detail screen, but can reassign when editing the ticket.
We have opened a support ticket with ME, but I wanted to see if anyone in the Community has also experienced this behavior.
