Performance issues with different functionalities

We are experiencing performance issues with different parts of the application.
- Users are unable to submit some Service Request Templates, while other templates function normally.
- The Service Requests that are not submitting are also not able to be opened for editing.
- When opening another template for editing, the system brings up a partial edit screen or a copy of the last opened template.
- Users cannot reassign an issue to another group or technician from the request view detail screen, but can reassign when editing the ticket.
We have opened a support ticket with ME, but I wanted to see if anyone in the Community has also experienced this behavior.
