Performace Issue

Hi,

While taking the control of user's System the machine gets stuck(Hang) and it takes long time to refresh the page
While searching System's the option got automatically disappear and system hangs and come back to previous page.
Agent(Engg )saying they gets better performance using Netmeeting or VNC.
