Pending status
Hi,
I want to be able to filter the Request view to remove any requests that are on the system which are waiting for something to happen, ie those that are Pending.
I noticed in the filter drop down there is a Pending option. Thing is, i can't see how to make something have a status of Pending.
What are the requirements for a request to be "Pending" ?
