A while ago we asked for a change to the filter on the request view, so that we could see "open and unassigned requests". This was implemented and works great !
However, we have a situation where we are awaiting information on a request and move it's status to a user defined status of "Awaiting information".
We would then a couple of times a week look at "pending" request, the problem we have is that if a support consultant selects "My pending request" he/she also see's their open requests.
