PDF Export

Hi,

i tried to install NetFlow Version 4.0.0 Build 4002 on a Windows 2003 Server, and is working fine.
I've problems with PDF export, because the operation hang and Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 resent a blank page with title bar http://IP_ADDR/servlet/CReportPDFServlet?pdf=true.
I tried to reinstall Acrobat Reader 7, but it doesn't work.
Please, can you help me?
