So - currently we are using PCP with cooperation with SCCM in CoManagement mode. All works well but now we are testing Intune Autopatch. Unfortunately Autopatch requires to remove from PC following reg keys: 

SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\WUServer

SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU\UseWUServer

However both of them are required to publishing patch in SCCM.

Because of that problem I started to wonder about switch switching PCP updates from SCCM to Intune. And now question: what CoManagement workloads are necessary to switch to Intune/Pilot Intune to be able to patch 3rd party application from Intune? "Client Apps"?
