Ok, I have one for you. In DTC we have a hard time patching the PD Officer tablets, they are constantly on and off the network. So much so that some patches fail and others will not install because of the failed patch.
Do they have a suggestion on patching highly mobile devices. Can an Officer dock the tablet and request a scan from the device and not have to wait for the server to run its 90 minute cycle? Can the MDC’s be set as a priority when they are communicating with the DTC server?
Out of 400 or so MDC’s we consistently have 40-50 that are highly vulnerable because of “Deployment Failed” Most of them have to come visit the Service Desk to be patched.
