Any patches I publish to SSP fail with the error "Patch stored location is not available to download the patch from the server" when trying to install.

Software deployments work fine, but patches will not work at all. I don't think it is a permissions issue because it doesn't even work with my user account on my machine. the path to the patch repository is correct, and the patches are downloading into the patch repository with no issues.

Anyone have this problem? It was hit upon in this thread, but SSP was never involved. Please advise.
