We use the program Plantronics Hub for our remote users to manage headset.  When we try to pushout the update for Plantronics the majority of the computers report back with "Patch update delayed since application is used by another process."  Is there a way to close the program ( in this case the process is called "C:\Program Files (x86)\Plantronics\Spokes3G\PLTHub.exe" ) prior to running the patch?
