Good morning, we've found 4 patch updates that are consistently failing, on multiple servers:
=====
Patch ID 5000068
BulletinID SP-019
This patch has been installed on a server, rebooted twice. Desktop Central sees it as needed still, the technician deployed it again (through DTC). The technician rescanned the computer again, and DTC still sees it as needed.

Hyper-V update. Windows Update is not detecting this as needed on several servers, where Hyper-V services are installed (but not active, I'm thinking they were prereqs of Azure role). Reading the KB article the list of files which get updated by the update, "do not exist" on these servers. So after trying to deploy and failing, DTC still shows the update as needed, but Windows Update does not. Particularly troublesome as I can't just unapprove the update, because we do have a couple hyper-V servers which really should need the update.

This is a Windows "Server Core" update. DTC has this listed as "needed" on Windows Standard, Enterprise etc. We actually do not have any "server core" OSes. Brought to my attention by technicians receiving the - Unknown Error Code -2145124329 install failure error
Server rescan following the subsequent update failure does not show the update as needed
