Patch schedule setup clarification

I've been reading related posts here, but I'm still a little unclear on the exact behavior of the APD configurations, based on what I'm seeing.
 
Here's what I'm trying to accomplish. Patch computers overnight within a 6 hour window. Use WOL to get as many computers as possible. Shutdown the computer when finished. End. Next Day. Patch computers that still need patching in the middle of the day. No prompts at all while the user is logged in, and do NOT shutdown or restart. End.
 
I've seen computers prompting for a restart the next day after the user has logged in, which concerns me. I don't want this to happen. I see in the event logs and agent logs that it's continuing to "Process" the Night Time schedule the next day and the next day (this is currently a one time schedule). Ideally, I'd like that schedule to die by the end time specified in Install Between hours, but it appears that's not how it works?
 
After reading the posts here, I'll be making changes to my schedules, such as making the Start time before the Install Between time, but here's how it sits currently.
 
Night Time Schedule
 
-Start: 9:00pm
-Install Between: 9:00pm - 4:00am
-Install either refresh/startup
-Allow users to skip install: Yes
      During every logon/refresh
-Show Deployment: Yes
-Force Shutdown
      After 5 minutes
 
Day Time Schedule
-Start: 10:30am
-Install Between: 10:30am - 3:00pm
-Install either refresh/startup
-Allow users to skill install: No
-Do Not Reboot
 
BTW, will agent functions such as start scan or scheduled reboots, not occur after running a WOL, if the "Waiting Time after wake up" has not passed?
