Patch "Not Applicable"
Hi,
I am having an issue with deploying patches to our users PC's. We are testing deploying patches in our environment using java, specifically: 300381 and 300382.
I have removed Java on the test PC's and attempted to install these updates. The keep showing as not applicable. So far I have:
1) Removed Software on target PC
2) Deleted any leftover reg keys
3) Reboot
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
