Patch Mgmt - System Count Discrepancies and Invalid PC Names

Since beginning deployment of Windows updates through Desktop Central 60109, I've noticed that when navigating through Missing Patches and selecting Missing Systems, the number of Missing Systems shown in the Patch List view differs from the actual number of systems listed for individual selection.

Then, after selecting to Deploy the patch for selected systems, DC returns errors of computer names that no longer exist in Active Directory or SoM. I am able to follow through with deployment by selecting Deploy a second time.

How would I go about refreshing the DC database to reflect current valid domain computers along with current patch status? The status numbers for any particular patch never seem to change after deploying various updates over a few weeks time.

Please advise.
