Last with DC patchable version was 11.0.12 -> 11.013

Version 11.0.14 (patch ID 303121) and also actual security update 11.0.15 (patch ID 303268) state "not applicable for this target"

When I try to install the msp files from the repository manually, installation works fine. So it is not an issue with the installation files.

I suggest a problem with the conditions set in DC for the patch installation.

Any idea to fix this issue?
