Patch Management scan but not update
Hi to all and sorry for my english,
Desktop Central 6. I try to manage one workstation (WXp Pro 64bit Sp2) and one server (W2003Std Sp1) to understand software capability.
Agent is installed correctly (6.1.9); hardware and software inventory/history work fine.
In Patch Management i have this issue:
From Scan Systems (0/2) i check both 2 workstation and click to scan System button. Scanning in progress for about 10 seconds and therefore i receive "Patch scan has been completed successfully" message, but in panel of workstations i no have any update; last scan is empty and Last scan status in Not Done.
Where is my mistake?
