Patch Management not reporting operating system correctly.
We have today updated Desktop Central to build 70202 and watched the agent correctly update itself on our desktop machines.
When I look at the inventory the operating system is correctly reported (see Inventory.jpg)
If however I go to Patch Mgmt and select All Managed Systems t
he same machines are being reported as Windows Vista, however they really are Windows 7 Pro (see PatchMgmt.jpg).
Running a new patch scan appears to fix this and the operating system then reports Windows 7 again.
