I have the above mentioned patch detected as missing on 102 of our machines on the domain.  Pushing the patch has failed on 98 of them.  Attempts to install this patch manually does not resolve the issue.  The error code on all of the failures is Error Code: -2145124329.

How can I resolve this issue?
