Has anyone else seen ME Patch ID 106427 (from 2017:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/update-for-windows-management-framework-5-1-for-windows-server-2012-c0ef0d3e-087a-3a13-62ed-bede7f32d47a) suddenly appear as missing on their Windows 2012R2 machines?  All of our systems scan daily after the Patch DB update, per default, and this showed up this morning after our 2012R2 boxes showed no missing patches last night.
