We dumping WSUS and trying out Desktop Central for patch management.  Most my configurations are set but there one automated patch setup that I like some input on.  Most of our campus is connected by fiber, but we have two remote sites that are connected by a very poor AT&T T-1 line.  My thought is both sites should have their own sites in AD and when it comes time to configure a automated patch configuration, it will be easier to do.

 

Can Desktop Central preposition a update to assets? Or will I have to simply set update for afterhours and the big patch jobs will simply have to be push over that slow link?
