I am referring to the below behaviour change and assume that you haven't tested this "improvement" properly. 

Now, it is almost impossible to differentiate regular (read request) and bold font (unread request).
It is very, very annoying and makes the work more difficult.

• Font family used across the product has been changed to 'Roboto' for consistency. Any styles added / modified by customer's manually will be removed during this upgrade. Customers have to redo the modifications again after the upgrade.
