Pasting images within the incident text.
Hi,
We receive a lot of emails with embedded pictures (screenshots) to help us understand the issue. I have been unable to paste these images in the description field...... It shows up as an clear object without borders. Upon saving the image will still not show...
Am I doing something wrong?
PS: I do not want to paste the image to a file and then attach it to the incident.
