Password Verification & Reseting

We have the PMP service running under a domain admin account.  I have setup a Windows Domain resource and added an existing domain ID to the resource.  When I try to verify or change the password of a domain account I get the following error message.
 
Could not verify if the password of account ztl0011qa of resource QA is in sync with the one stored in the PMP repository. 

Password integrity verification can be done only for resource types for which remote password reset is supported by PMP. If remote password reset is supported for this resource, check if you have configured it properly by supplying the necessary credentials.
