Hi all,

we use some M365 Cloud services such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams etc. Here our local AD have a sync via Azure AD Connect. This is done periodically every 30 minutes. As we have a bunch of user that do not have connection to the local AD (100% mobile user) but still use email and other services, we purchased ADSelfService Plus.

The benefit of using the Password Sync Agent is clear to me but how exactly is this done and could this interfere with the Azure AD Connect?
