Password Reset Options: Disable Domain Email as the primary reset option

Folks,

I just got off the phone with technical support. Here's the issue:

1) A user enrolls in Email verification for password reset. However, they don't get their domain email on their mobile devices. They enter an alternate email (because the domain email is of no use for a password reset). They go to the unlock screen, and the domain email address is the default (and it isn't obvious that there is a drop-down. We need some options here, because this generates as many calls to our service desk ask us just manually resetting the password.

a) Please provide us with the option to use only the alternate email address and put that into the drop down
AND/OR
b) Please provide us the option to make the alternate email address the default;
AND/OR
c) Please display all of the available email address options to the user in the drop down
AND/OR
d) Please allow us to remove the domain email address from the options (or better yet, don't even let that be an option).

In the meantime, can we customize the web page that is displayed to the user to try to indicate that the email address is a drop-down field that they can click on?

Thank you,
Adam
