password reset
I lost the password and username for my login. I then did the following:
1. I only have a few combinations so tried these- none are working.
2. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the program.
a. The program will not uninstall completely. It always leaves registry keys
and folders under C:\program files\advent.
b. Even when I do manually delete these and reinstall I still cannot log in with default admin admin settings for user and password.
How can I get the password for now? How do we completely uninstall so no remnants of password/users are left?
