I downloaded ServiceDesk Plus for myself only to use on my local machine to keep track of the help I give in my organization. I had not had to log in since the beginning because it held my user name and password...until the other day. I don't know why, but it was asking me to log in the other day and of course, I don't remember what I changed the password to. I know I changed the user name and the password, but I have forgotten what it is because I never had to use it. Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to get in there now? I am the only one that has access or even a true user account for ServiceDesk and I don't know what to do at this point.
