Hi
In June 2017 I upgraded my PMP installation from 8.x to 9.002.
It resulted in disruption of the setup where I have a NetScaler controlling failover.
The NetScaler setup was/is as follow:
DNS record (for PMP) pointing to an IP on the NetScaler.
The NetScaler forwarded the request to primary PMP or secondary PMP, if primary is down.
Client were using corporate-certificate to the NetScaler, and the NetScaler were using the PMP-selfsiged certificate to the PMP-server.
This way i can keep the PMP a standard installation, without changing certificate or port 7272 on the PMP installation.
Issue:
After my PMP upgrade from 8.x to 9.002, the NetScaler setup stopped working.
The team responsible for NetScaler are telling me the NetScaler is sending: "TLS client Hello", but the PMP-server is not responding with "TLS Server Hello". Therefore, the SSL handshake cannot be exchanged.
Any ideas why the PMP isn't responding with "TLS Server Hello"?
