Password Manager Pro do not Reset Password on Linux

In some server Linux do not reset password automaticly, this message is displayed "Credentials for remote password reset is not configured. ". However in some server this procediment ocurred normaly. The agent this is installed in all servers equally. What are the pre-requisits for this?
