I would love to see servicedesk do passwordmanagement. Not only for the technician (server) side, but also for the user side.
The amount of passwords ppl have to remember keeps growing, it would be nice if there was a place where users could save them to, protected with another password, so they only have to remember 1.
And how about giving users rights to see a certain password. So it would be possible for a technician to add a password and tell the system that certain users or usergroups are allowed to see the password.
That would be a feature that would make servicedesk an even more valuable product.
