Password import with csv
I am attempting to import user (requestor) information into ServiceDesk with a csv file. Since you do not yet support smartcard or passthrough authentication, it was suggested by your team to import account account info and assign local user passwords.
All information imports from my csv file except for the password field. the passwords I want to import are in the form of "ABC123456." When I import the passwords using the csv file, the user cannot log on because of failed password. If I copy the password from the csv file and paste it into the individual account the usres still fail to log on. If I type the password into the individual account the user can then log on. All other information from the csv file imports properly into the user account except the password.
Can you tell me what the may be the trouble and how this problem can be fixed because I have hundreds of accounts to import and do not have the manpower to to massage each account in ServiceDesk?
