Our current active directory environment allows for either/or of numbers and symbols.  When configuring the password complexity in ADSelfServicePlus, I only have the option to add those 2 independently.  

So for example, I could set my password as Password1 in AD, but ADSelfServicePlus would then require me to set a password of Password1!.
